These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SKUforge platform operated by SKUforge ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of service

SKUforge is an AI-powered catalog automation platform that processes product images to generate marketplace-ready listings, attributes, and content. The platform includes catalog automation, creative studio tools (Model Studio, A+ Studio, Mood Board), and prompt optimization.

2. Account registration

• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per individual or business entity
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3. Credits and payments

• SKUforge operates on a prepaid credit system — you purchase credits and use them to process SKUs and generate content
• New accounts receive 10 free listings upon registration
• Credit packs are available at various price points with bonus credits for larger purchases
• Credits do not expire and are non-refundable once purchased
• Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

5. Intellectual property

Your content

You retain all rights to product images and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the service (AI analysis, image storage, catalog generation).

Our platform

The SKUforge platform, including its Visual Glossary system, AI processing pipeline, UI/UX design, and all related technology, is proprietary to SKUforge. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.

AI-generated output

Catalog data, titles, descriptions, and attributes generated by our AI are yours to use without restriction once generated. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs.

6. AI accuracy disclaimer

While we strive for high accuracy in AI-generated catalog data, the output is generated by AI models and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before uploading to marketplaces. SKUforge provides a Human Editor for review purposes. We are not liable for marketplace rejections, listing issues, or business losses resulting from AI-generated content.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKUforge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to SKUforge in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@skuforge.ai. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
